Beautiful ocean views add charm to the experience.
I was disappointed by the lack of communication from the staff. The check-in process took an hour as they struggled to find our reservation. The management showed little respect for our requests, especially on my husband's birthday. They did nothing special for the occasion, which felt really thoughtless.

The Superior King Room was clean and comfortable. The bed had a good mattress, perfect for a good night’s sleep. But I was disappointed with the limited sea view from my terrace.
